Below are some of our most frequently asked questions about our ordering process. If you do not see your question answered below, please contact us and a customer care representative will answer you as soon as possible.

How do I order items?

You may place your order on-line, or you can call our store at 586-228-WOOF.    button next to the item.  You will have the option to adjust the quantity of any item added to the shopping cart.  When you are finished shopping, click on any   button to proceed to checkout.

How can I pay by credit card?

SIMPLE! During checking out, paypal.com will prompt you to enter your credit card information.  Click on the Checkout button and away you go to a few quick and easy steps for payment. We only use the most trusted of credit card services and WE pay all credit card processing fees ourselves.

When are orders shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within two business days.  Orders are shipped on Monday through Wednesday to ensure two day delivery.  Orders received on Thursday through Sunday or a holiday will be processed the following business day.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

Due to the nature of our products, all orders will be shipped USPS Priority mail and will arrive in 2-3 days.  Shipping charges listed below: 

All of the shipping rates listed above apply to orders shipped within the continental United States ONLY. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada but the shipping cost may be higher than those listed above. To order in these markets, please contact us and include your order and zip code.  We will promptly respond with your total, including shipping.

Michigan residents are subject to 6% sales tax on all orders.

What is your return policy on products?

We offer our customers a 10-day return or exchange policy on our products. Shipping fees are non-refundable when returning products to us.  When returning or exchanging products, it is not necessary to ship priority mail.

How will I receive my refund?

All returns will be refunded in the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Who incurs the cost to send back

      merchandise?

We will pay for the priority mail cost if your return is the result of any incorrect shipments made by Doggy Deli.  If your return is for any other reason than stated above, the customer is required to pay for the return of shipment.
